Enter this information under Special Instructions on the checkout page. We will confirm availability with you once your order is received. At that point a $50 deposit is required to hold your place in line for processing.

This cost is for the half hog ONLY, based on the hanging carcass weight and paid to Marr's Valley View Farms before picking up your meat. We will advise the total due for the meat once we have the actual weight. The full deposit will be credited to the total cost of your half hog.

Customer is responsible for providing cutting instructions to the processor, picking up your meat at the processor and paying the processing charges at that time.
